Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

International Standard Shipping (Free)
We use Priority Mail International to offer the most affordable shipping rates. Please allow 2–3 business days to process your order after it is received. Delivery can range from 15–30 business days depending on your location (no delivery on Sundays or holidays), and there is no guaranteed delivery date.
Due to varying international customs processes, GoLens.US cannot be held liable for packages shipped via this method once they have left our warehouse. Should you experience any tracking issues, please contact USPS directly at www.usps.com. If you did not receive your package, you may file a complaint report with them directly.
In some cases, we may require a signature upon receipt based on the total value of your order. If you would like to ensure your international package is shipped with tracking confirmation to your door, please contact our customer service team at contact@golens.us.
